If you've ever worked inside a tattoo studio, that's a huge plus. We build close to our users and domain knowledge is worth more than any framework on a résumé.
Remote-first, asynchronous by default, written-over-meetings. We work in short focused sprints, ship small changes weekly, and talk to studios every single week to stay grounded in reality.
