Collect deposits at the time of booking through Stripe. Configure deposit amounts per service - flat fee or percentage. Protect your time against no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Deposits are automatically applied to the final session cost.

A calendar built for tattoo workflows. Day, week, and month views. Block off time for walk-ins, breaks, or personal days. Two-way sync with Google Calendar so you never double-book. Color-coded by artist, with drag-and-drop rescheduling.

Artist Profiles & Portfolios

Each artist gets a dedicated profile page with their bio, specialties (blackwork, realism, traditional, etc.), and an AtSign-grid style portfolio gallery. Clients can browse work and book directly with the artist whose style matches their vision.

Automated Reminders

Reduce no-shows with automated email reminders via Resend and SMS reminders via Twilio. Configurable timing - send reminders 48 hours, 24 hours, or 1 hour before the appointment. Aftercare instructions are automatically sent post-session.

Waitlist Management

When your calendar is full, clients can join the waitlist for specific artists or services. When a slot opens up, waitlisted clients are automatically notified and can book the available time. First come, first served - no manual juggling.

Consent & Waiver Forms

Digital consent forms with e-signature support. Collect health information, allergy disclosures, age verification, and informed consent - all before the client walks through the door. Forms are stored securely and linked to the booking record.

Client Self-Service Portal

Clients can look up their bookings using their email and a verification code. View upcoming appointments, cancel or reschedule within your policies, sign consent forms, and review aftercare instructions. No account creation required.
