These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InkSchedule platform, including our website, web application, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by InkSchedule (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
InkSchedule offers the following subscription plans, billed monthly through our payment partner RevenueCat:
For individual tattoo artists. Includes 1 artist profile, unlimited bookings, deposit collection, and automated reminders.
For multi-artist studios. Includes up to 5 artist profiles, all Solo features plus waitlist management and analytics.
For large studios and chains. Unlimited artist profiles, custom branding, API access, custom domain, and priority support.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, your subscription will begin upon selecting a plan and providing payment information. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Deposit collection from clients is processed through Stripe Connect. By using the deposit feature, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and authorize InkSchedule to facilitate payment transactions between your clients and your Stripe account.
Deposit amounts are configurable by the studio owner. InkSchedule does not hold or manage client funds directly — all payments flow through Stripe to your connected account. Standard Stripe processing fees apply and are the responsibility of the studio owner.
InkSchedule is not responsible for payment disputes between studios and their clients. Studios are responsible for their own refund policies and for communicating those policies to clients.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including suspension or termination of your account.
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, source code, and branding, is owned by InkSchedule and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content you upload or create through the Service, including portfolio images, studio branding, and booking data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INKSCHEDULE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from the settings page, or by contacting us directly.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Following termination, your data will be retained for 90 days to allow for account recovery. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted. You may request a data export before account deletion by contacting us.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
As a studio owner, you are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your clients for the collection and processing of their personal data through the Service, including health information collected via consent and waiver forms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, either by email or by posting a notice on the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Switzerland.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InkSchedule regarding the Service.
